Before your pet's first boarding stay, we invite you to schedule a complimentary Meet & Greet at our home.
This relaxed visit gives both you and your pet the opportunity to become familiar with the environment, ask questions, and ensure everyone feels comfortable before your reservation begins. We believe building trust starts long before drop-off day, which is why we highly recommend a Meet & Greet for all new boarding clients.
Most Meet & Greets last around 20–30 minutes, though we reserve up to an hour so there's never any need to rush.
