Cancellation Policy

Kennels & K9s Boarding Policy At Kennels & K9s, our goal is to provide every dog with a safe, comfortable, and enriching home away from home. Please review the following policies before your dog's stay. Reservations & Payment Boarding reservations are required and subject to availability. Boarding requests are not confirmed until approved by Kennels & K9s. Payment is due according to the terms selected during booking. Vaccination Requirements For the safety of all dogs, proof of current Rabies (if age appropriate), DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations is required before your dog's stay. Kennels & K9s reserves the right to refuse boarding if required vaccinations are not provided. Health Requirements Dogs must arrive healthy and free of contagious illnesses, fleas, ticks, or parasites. If your dog becomes ill before their reservation, please contact us to discuss rescheduling. Should your dog become ill during their stay, we will contact you and, if necessary, seek veterinary care. Feeding & Medications Please provide your dog's regular food and any medications in their original containers with clear written instructions. Medication administration is available when instructions are provided in advance. Personal Belongings You are welcome to bring a favorite blanket, bed, toy, or treats. While every effort is made to care for personal items, Kennels & K9s is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Please arrive during your scheduled drop-off and pick-up times. If your plans change, notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you whenever possible. Behavior & Safety Owners must disclose any history of aggression or biting before boarding. Dogs that present a safety risk to staff or other dogs may be refused or have their stay ended early. Dogs may be separated based on temperament, size, age, or activity level to ensure everyone's safety. Emergency Veterinary Care If your dog requires emergency medical attention and you cannot be reached, you authorize Kennels & K9s to obtain veterinary treatment on your behalf. Owners are responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred. Cancellations Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Holiday reservations may be subject to different cancellation requirements. Photos & Liability Photos or videos of your dog may be used for social media or marketing unless you request otherwise.
