Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Kennels & K9s for your dog's training journey! Our goal is to create a positive, supportive learning experience for both you and your companion. Training class slots are by appointment only. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Dogs should meet us wearing a collar or harness and non retractable leash unless otherwise instructed. Owners need to bring treats, water, and poop bags. Dogs are not allowed to socialize with other classmates unless specifically instructed. Please disclose any medical concerns, behavioral history, or bite incidents before your appointment. Consistent participation and practice at home are essential for long-term success. While we provide professional guidance, results vary based on each dog's temperament, history, and owner commitment. New clients should complete our New Client Registration before their first appointment.
