Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Kennels & K9s for your dog’s training journey. Our goal is to provide a positive, practical learning experience tailored to your dog, your household, and the behaviors you would like to work on. In-home training sessions are available by appointment only. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For everyone’s safety, dogs should be secured upon the trainer’s arrival unless otherwise instructed. Please have your dog wearing a properly fitted collar or harness and have a non-retractable leash available. Owners should have high-value treats, fresh water, and any training tools previously recommended by Kennels & K9s available for the session. Please disclose any medical concerns, behavioral history, reactivity, aggression, or previous bite incidents before your appointment. This information allows us to prepare appropriately and create the safest, most effective training plan possible. Please let us know in advance if other pets or household members will be present and whether they are involved in the behaviors being addressed. Training recommendations may include changes to routines, management strategies, environmental setup, and at-home practice. Consistency between sessions is an important part of long-term progress. Kennels & K9s cannot guarantee specific training results. Progress varies based on each dog’s temperament, history, environment, health, consistency, and owner participation. New clients must complete the required New Client Registration, pet profile, and applicable forms or waivers before their first training appointment. By booking an in-home training session, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to follow Kennels & K9s policies and training recommendations.
