Complimentary Training Consultation

Cancellation Policy

Complimentary Training Consultations take place at the client’s home at the address provided during booking. Please make sure your address and contact information are complete and accurate. Before your consultation, please complete your Client Profile and Pet Profile with current information about your dog’s health, routine, behavior, medications, and training history. Please disclose any known history of aggression, biting, guarding, reactivity, fear, escape behavior, or other safety concerns before the consultation. For everyone’s safety, Kennels & K9s may adjust, pause, or end a consultation if the environment or animal behavior presents an unreasonable safety concern. The consultation is designed to help us meet you and your dog, discuss your concerns and goals, observe relevant behaviors when appropriate, review your dog’s routine and environment, and recommend the best training options or next steps. A complimentary consultation is an evaluation and planning appointment and is not intended to replace a full private training session. Whenever possible, household members who regularly interact with the dog are encouraged to participate. Children must remain under adult supervision during the consultation. Please provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time and secure any pets who are not participating unless otherwise discussed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may require a paid consultation before rescheduling. Please let us know if your dog is experiencing illness, injury, pain, or another condition that may affect behavior or participation. Kennels & K9s does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment and may recommend veterinary evaluation when appropriate. Training recommendations are based on the information available at the time of the consultation. Results vary based on the dog’s history, health, temperament, environment, household participation, and consistency of training. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. By booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and agree to follow reasonable safety instructions during the consultation.
